The unit is also conveniently located less than a mile away from Lewis-Clark State College. - Lease length is 8 months. - The tenant pays for electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and snow removal. - Cats and very small pets can apply for owner pre-approval to live at the property. Other monthly fees and deposits will apply if the pet is approved. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. - The first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit must be paid before the move-in date. - All parties 18 years or older must fill out an application.
