We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. Applying is free, but background screening costs $50 per adult applicant. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. Base security deposit does not include additional security required for pets, or any additional security deposits required based on application screening. Application Requirements: 3 years positive rental history, household gross income at least two times monthly rent. Criminal, credit, and eviction screening will be performed.
