A chic beach shack. This simple home is steps to toes in the sand and comes with great beach chairs. A 2 bedroom/1 bath set appointed for short or long-term stays. The apartment has 2 queen beds, feather pillows, sevenfold towels, all weather down duvets, central heat and air, a futon with linens, a private patio and a fabulous shared deck. Walk out your door turn right and walk onto the beach. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet safe beach. Each apartment gets one parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 1 car. All utilities included! 1 parking space is reserved for your use! Pers are welcome with a pet fee of $450. One-time move out cleaing fee is $200. $45 application fee.
