In the name, we include the 'THE' as the buildings stone facade above the main entry was engraved after The Ohio State legendary coach Woody Hayes. The building rests right off the gold coast of Lakewood rests this solid brick vintage building 1924 with more character, more affordable, and way less stairs. The features inside are as wonderful as the nearly 5000 square foot resident lot outside of it. Brand new private storage lockers where added in 2015. The interior was completely repainted and new laundry machines installed too. The transformation was complete with energy efficient and modern windows throughout in 2015. Resident's find any commute is extremely easy to just about anywhere with the proximity to the shore way. The travel to downtown Cleveland is a breezy and so fast you may not be able to finish the song you are currently listening. Another simple option are the bus stops on the brand new Cleveland State University buses, right out your front door that lead to West Park Station or all the way through downtown Cleveland. While the building is commute friendly, it is still nature powered too. It is almost centered between Lakewood Park and Cleveland's Edgewater Park. Lakewood Park is one of the largest lakefront parks in all of Ohio, complete with plenty of activity areas for recreational sports and activities. There's even a stage and trail that circles the whole park. Edgewater Park has a full beach with food stands, grills, shelters, fishing, and a complete experience too.
