We are looking for new tenants to take over our lease at the lovely Brandywine Hundred Apartments. If you are looking for an extra large two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms in a great location, you found your place! New tenants would start a new lease. The building is and 8 minute drive to Trolley Square, 10 minutes to the waterfront, walkable to Alapocas State Park Close and to the Independence Mall Shopping Center--Swigg wine, Sadhana Yoga, etc. Two minutes to 95 for easy commuting, near a lot of great shopping (Trader Joe's, Sprouts, farmers market, Whole Foods all an easy drive) and a great community! Excellent management and maintenance, stress-free parking. There is a nice fitness center that is available 24/7 and a beautiful pool for the warmer months. The unit is on the fourth floor of the 402 building at the end of a row, so it is quiet, and the balcony overlooks a lovely set of treetops. We moved in August 1, and the carpets and other flooring are brand new. The two bedrooms are a good size, and the convenience of two full bathrooms, both with shower/tub combos, is a bonus. There are three washers and three dryers in the hallway on each floor, and I've never had an occasion where there was not a machine open to do laundry. In fact, it's super convenient to walk down the hall, do three loads of laundry at once, and be done for the week. There is also a very convenient trash chute also in the hallway. Mail and packages are delivered on the first floor in a secure room. Small storage units are available to rent in the basement for $65. Kitchen has a dishwasher and garbage disposal and is clean and white. The living area is spacious, and there is a large balcony overlooking the trees at the back of the property. Rent is $1843/month, which includes everything except electricity and internet. We have loved living in this apartment and planned to stay the year, but we found a house to buy sooner than we expected.
