This is a one bedroom apartment on the third floor apartment, with wall to wall carpet throughout. Just a block from the Temple University School of Pharmacy and Temple University Hospital. Also, close to public transportation (bus and subway). Cats welcomed with pet fee! Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, $20 per month for Cold water. Tenants are responsible to obtain Renters Insurance. Please Note: The property will stay on the market until we received a security deposit (equal to one month's rent). Once we receive your security deposit, we will take the property off the market. We collect first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit for all our properties. These balances MUST be paid in certified funds (cash, money order, or cashier's check - NO personal checks).
