Not all apartments are exactly alike in their decor and furnishings, however most floor plans are. We will run a credit check, check job/income, previous rental history, etc. to see if an applicant qualifies for the apartment. The application cost is $30 per person. There is a 1 year lease, unless there are exceptional circumstances which would incur additional rental charges. Deposit is $500. The rental office is directly behind the property at 1045 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis TN 38104, Medical Center Self Storage. We manage multiple properties from this office location. Cable is included. Owner pays for trash, water, and sewer. Tenants are responsible for their own gas and electric.
