Furnished basement apartment with one bedroom, hall, and newly built kitchen and bathroom. All utilities - heat, water, electricity, wifi, composting, recycling and garbage included in the rent. Large windows and walk out glass doors to the backyard that lights the basement with sunlight. Entrance to the basement apartment is through the home of the owner. Open to breaking a lease based on life circumstances. Local farm delivery of milk, eggs, etc. available for additional charge. This is a furnished basement apartment. 1) Additional charges of $50 per month for a pet. 2) No smoking allowed. 3) Parking on the street most year and on the driveway during the winter. 4) All utilities are included in the rental. If the electricity and gas bill of a month is more than $120 then half will be paid by the renter. 5) Duration of the rental is one year with lease, however, life happens and breaking of lease with one month notice is allowed and deposite forfeited. 6) Submit Zillow application to avoid background check cost of $35. In addition, we will need two references with calling info, copy of driver's license and two most recent paystubs. 7) No loud noises from 8:30p to 6a. 8) Once the lease is signed and agreed upon, one month's rent is expected as a security deposit.
