Our Englewood property is a unique and rustic building within the St. Paul Midway just south of the Minnesota State Fair Grounds. #6 is one of 6 units in the building and is a 1 bedroom studio. This location is just minutes from Roseville Super target, Rosedale Mall and Har Mar Mall as well as a wide variety of restaurants and culturally-rich shops and eateries in and around the Midway and University Areas. Most, are within walking distances. Walking distance to Alianz Field and the Minnesota United. This apartment is also located within Hamline University. Light rail is just south of the property on University, and the bus lines run Snelling Avenue less than a block from the building. A single off street parking space is included with rent. Heat, water, electric, and trash are included with the unit. Internet and cable are not included. Onsite, shared laundry.
