Beautiful 1BR apartment in gated community - Available Immediately. This is not your typical Homeland Southway rental - this was my home for 10 years and has been lovingly cared for. The bathroom has been updated and the kitchen has had some updates as well ... but perhaps the best update of all is the 12x7 walk-in "California" style closet. It is big enough to be a room of it's own and offers awesome built-in organization. The BR is very large - approximately 12x15. Because of the built-in storage in closet, you really don't need much BR furniture other than a bed, side table and floor lamps. The LR is very spacious and offers several different options for furniture positioning. The DR is large enough for a sit-down table for six and is directly opposite the sliding glass door that leads to the spacious bricked patio. The kitchen has had several updates and offers a small area that can accommodate a bistro size table if you like. Gas stove, refrigerator and dishwasher with stainless interior included. This is a first floor unit, which requires walking down about 6 steps when you enter the building. The laundry room is conveniently located approximately 5 feet from the front door. I never had a problem getting a parking spot either directly in front of the unit or just to the side - close to the front door. Tenant must pay a one time fee to condo association to register a car and obtain a pass to access the gated community. As mentioned above, the community is gated with a security code required for entrance. Heat, gas and hot water are included with rent - tenant is responsible for electric (including AC) and any cable/phone connection you choose. The community has a beautiful pool and fitness room included as well! This is a great community to live in - it is less than 3 miles to 83 and less than 4 miles to the center of Towson, so very convenient to both downtown and Baltimore County! Also less than a mile to both Loyola University and Notre Dame of Maryland University and 2 miles to Johns Hopkins University. You can't beat the convenience of this location. Applicant should have monthly income equal to at least 3 times monthly rent as well as acceptable rental history, credit history, and criminal history. Sorry, no pets allowed.
