Available Nov 1st for move-in. Large 3 bed 1 bath multi-level (1st & 2nd floor) apartment, totally redone with new kitchen, fresh paint, and new carpet. Pets at owner's discretion. Fee applies. No aggressive breeds. Tenants must have renters insurance and be responsible for heat (gas), electricity, hot water, and snow removal from the porch and sidewalk. Landlord Responsibility: Liability Insurance, Maintenance/Repairs, Mechanicals, Property Management, Real Estate Taxes, lawn maintenance, and snow removal from the driveway. In accordance with CT State Law, we accept all legal forms of payment, including all government housing voucher programs that cover our area. Lease terms: 1-year minimum (preference given to longer-term leases), 2-month security deposit (depending upon rental and credit history), the application fee is $40 per adult occupant, and the landlord will perform credit, criminal, and eviction checks. Rental references and solid credit are required. The tenant is responsible for the cost of all utilities. Up to 2 smaller pets are considered for a non-refundable $300 per pet move-in fee plus a minimum of $25 per pet/per month pet rent. All pets/animals must be screened (fees may apply).
