This unit is fully furnished, with a full sized bed, mattress, reading table, breakfast table, seats, lamps, dressers and drawers. Just get your personal items and it's yours! All applicants will be vetted and one month's rent would be required as security deposit. Leases can be monthly or yearly as required. Rent includes Wi-Fi, home security and water. Electric and gas use will be paid as used per occupant. Owner pays for water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and home security. Occupant is responsible for gas and electric as applicable. No smoking allowed within the building Security deposit required with first month's rent at signing of the lease. Lease may be yearly or any other shorter duration as required. Street parking is available at no extra cost Pets are allowed, but any damage to property or furnishings by pet will be paid for by pet owner. Tenant is also responsible for any damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear. Occupant is responsible for keeping the premises clean, taking out the trash and making sure all gates and doors are locked and properly secured.
