Nice two bedroom apartment in a two unit building. There will be at a minimum coin op laundry on site with a laundry room just for the two units. THIS IS A NON SMOKING BUILDING AND THE NO SMOKING POLICY COVERS THE SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. We do not have room for multiple or large dogs. This is a two unit building located in a very quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to the park. This unit has a nice back yard as well. Both rental units are equipped with many energy saving features such as LED lighting, low water showers, toilets, and faucets. We will be doing full credit and background checks prior to occupancy. There is parking for two cars per unit parked front to back, however priority will be given to one car applicants. Rent will include heat, Hot water, water, sewer, and trash pickup. The apartment is second floor. The second bedroom is on the smaller side the other is much larger. There is a nice large deck and sliding glass doors. Large eat in kitchen and living room and much more. This includes heat, hot water, water, sewer, trash removal. Owner pays for heat, water, sewer, trash removal, hot water. Pets on a case by case basis.
