Adorable FIRST Floor Unit Available by the end of October! There are only two units in this building! This adorable unit located on the first floor is on the smaller side, but still very charming as you can see from the pictures. It is an open kitchen/dining/living room. There is one larger bedroom and the second one is small (but has lots of character). There is a full size bathroom with a tub and storage for linens. There is off street parking for two vehicles and a private deck too. Sorry- there are no laundry hook-ups in this unit (must go off-site for laundry- but there are several laundry mats close by). The rent is $1,600 includes the heat. Tenant is responsible for the electric and hot water is electric. Here is what is required to move in: Great references, clean background and good credit (High 600's or greater) ARE A MUST! There is a $35 application fee per adult applicant.
