Sunny 1 bedroom apartment in a private carriage house in beautiful quiet Chevy Chase Village, convenient to Bethesda and DC. The apartment measures about 550 sqft (not counting storage, laundry, or vestibule) and was recently renovated. It has a full kitchen including dishwasher, granite counters, under-cabinet lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The space also features a separate entrance, hardwood floors, separate dedicated laundry, built-in speakers, substantial storage space, electronic lock, programmable thermostat, street parking, and alarm system. Ample windows overlook gardens. The apartment is pet and smoke free. There is ample street parking. Use of the pool, yard, and covered patio/grill area can be included with certain caveats. The building is environmentally friendly; heating and cooling is geothermal and I buy all my electricity from a solar farm. Unit can be rented furnished or unfurnished. I am seeking a 1 year commitment and the rates I've set reflect that, but would consider a shorter-term rental for a higher rate. Rates include utilities and internet; I do not have cable TV but wiring is in place if tenant wishes to subscribe. I'm asking $2250 per month unfurnished $2350 per month furnished (furniture, pots and pans, and many basics provided, bring your own TV)
