The unit's location provides an easy commute to the Washington Hospital Center/Children's Hospital, VA, NRH, Howard University, HUH, and CUA. Proximity to the metro also allows employees who work on the Washington Hospital Center campus to take advantage of the free employee shuttle that transports employees to and from the metro. This light filled unit is a lower level (but above ground) unit in what outwardly appears as a single-family Brookland residence. The unit has a separate entrance for the tenant. It comes fully furnished and includes those extras that make life easier, but are too cumbersome to travel with.
