We are looking for new tenants for our upstairs 2 bedroom apartment on S. Galena Ave in Freeport, IL. This apartment has a large living room and dining room area with lots of natural light with large windows. This unit does have hardwood floors, an open front porch and a screened in rear porch. Nice kitchen with lots of cupboard space, new stove and a dishwasher. Tenant also has use of 1/2 of the garage space and driveway. We do not allow pets in our rentals. Lawncare and snow removal is included with the rent. We do have an application process. Lease is 12 months, tenants are responsible for all utilities at the property. We do not allow smoking inside the units.
