2nd floor condo unit with a small balcony with double glass door off of the living room. Brand new Rheem HVAC system put in September 2023. Gas furnace (gas bill is under $30/mo.) and electric (electric is under $40/mo.) heat pump (A/C). New stackable washer and dryer installed January 2022. New Kitchen faucet put in July 2023. New bathtub put in Fall 2021. New flooring was laid in Fall 2019. Everything is currently being repainted and cleaned now (October 2023). Unit should be available October 11th, 2023. There is a monthly condo fee of $163.30 that I will continue to cover, and it includes water/sewer, garbage, snow removal, grass cutting and roof maintenance hence the rent price. This is RIGHT off 60, and has easy access to Frankfort or Shelbyville and I64. Condo does not allow dogs, so do not try to sneak them in. Parking space is right in front of the unit. Lease will be 6mo. at first as a test trial to see if this is going to be a good tenant/landlord experience or not. We will then renew for a year. Tenant is responsible for paying electric and gas bill. (Both are extremely cheap). This will be a non-smoking unit. Our previous tenant did not obey this rule.
