The cottage is a private sunny one-bedroom, one-bath south-facing end unit with lots of windows and a bit of mid-century modern vibe. Fully furnished, with a queen bed, pull-out queen sleeper-couch, and new pull out twin love seat. Ikea furniture throughout. The cottage has an updated shower and efficient electric baseboard heaters, and a new electric stove. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, cookware and bakeware. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage in a large dresser and a smaller dresser. Free parking. Attentive property manager lives nearby. Sorry, no pets. The cottage is a short walk to the Whistle Stop, a specialty market featuring house-made foods, pantry basics, and coffee bar, and the Roadhouse Restaurant, the locals' favorite. A mile away, Union Pier has year-round fully-stocked grocery/liquor store, restaurants, and a laundry service. New Buffalo, Sawyer, Three Oaks, and Bridgman are a short drive, and offer year-round live music, movies, restaurants, brew pubs, and more. E-mail me to learn more about this lovely spot.
