Share with female roommates (short-term, mid-term or long-term): 1.5 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, basement laundry and storage. Garage and/or Kitchenette possibly available for private or shared use. Cat allowed downstairs, and upstairs only in private bedroom. (Regular de-worming/vet visits. Unscented litter changed regularly, extra cleaning of dander/hair. Pet rent and deposit waived with pet+ rental insurance copied from service provider to landlord as extra named insured. Please select maximum ALE in case of uninhabiltability.) Share chores inside and out, required weekly 1-2 hours, (including quarterly deep cleaning, room rotation). No intoxication. No drugs. No smoking of anything. No fragrances or chemical cleaners, to respect allergies and sensitivities. No parties, unless all housemates plan together. Personal items to remain in private bedroom to maintain clutter-free common areas. Roommate agreement to dictate quite hours, temperature settings, etc. Overnight guests limited to less than 10 nights per month, 2 consecutive nights. 2x rent security deposit.
