Split level home with separate upper and lower living areas. Space is minimally furnished. Daylight basement has large windows that let in lots of light. Large bonus room has small non egress window (this room may not be used as a second bedroom). Pets considered. All animals must get along with other pets on property. We have a very friendly older lab, 2 cats, 5 chickens (they are not free range, they are in a large coop and run that is predator safe) and a 1.5 year old very large, non neutered, overly friendly Great Pyrenees cross. All animals must be current on vaccinations and health checks. When sending a showing request, please include a little information about your self. Utilities, snow removal, Wi-Fi, and recycling flat rate $300 per month . 30 day lease. Looking for a quiet, easy going neighbor/tenant. Short term and long term renters welcome.
