Available for monthly rent from November 1st - January 27th. LIVING AREA Watch your favorite movie on the 48-inch flat-screen TV while you sit back in the plush couch or jazzy armchair. With tons of natural light pouring through the beach-view windows and balcony doors, the living room is sure to be one of the focal points of your vacation. Easy access to the balcony can be had through the French doors, revealing sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. KITCHEN & DINING Wake up late and craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample granite counter space, including an oversized peninsula. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, six people can dine at the table with views of the beach and an additional two at the kitchen counter. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS This home sleeps 6 comfortably up to 4 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and cable-ready TV. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room allows two guests to wake up to gorgeous beach views pouring into the space in the morning. An additional two guests can sleep in the built-in twin over twin bunk beds in the hallway just outside the living area. The bunks each feature their own personal flat-screen TVs for entertainment, mounted to the wall inside each bunk. The master bedroom features an adjoining door into the full bathroom with bathtub/shower combination for easy access and privacy with an additional entrance to the bathroom from the hallway. HOUSE AMENITIES The Condo comes with an initial starter set of toiletries that includes paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each bathroom, and laundry soap for the washer and dryer. This condo features an (ever changing) array of items available for guest use such as beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrellas to shield you from getting too tan on the beach, and assortment of beach toys and tons of games for family game night. A shared washer and dryer are available for guests on the first floor of the condo building. Coins or credit card is accepted for use. OUTDOOR AREAS AND COMMUNITY AMENITIES Sip a refreshing mimosa and watch the waves on the spacious furnished balcony while preparing for a day across the street with your toes in the sugar white sands. Or sunbathe in one of the available loungers at the onsite community pool. Relax after a rough day playing in the waves at the beach in the community jetted spa. Great sunsets are always enjoyed from the balcony too with unparalleled views! A picnic area with available charcoal grills and picnic table is available for guests to fire up and sear a steak to the perfect temperature. PARKING Guests can park up to two vehicles in the parking lot of the community. Parking spots are unassigned, but parking passes will be required and will be furnished for guests. We strive to ensure every guest feels at home, every time. Should there be something you need, have a question about, or need clarification on, we are available via phone, email, and text. All of our managed properties feature a keyless, electronic lock for easy access. No need to check-in at a desk, just head straight to your condo after parking! Lease duration is flexible and available from November 1st - January 27th. Owner pays all utilities. No smoking and no pets please. There are two parking spots available for your use.
