There's a king bed in the master bedroom en suite which overlooks the pool, a queen bed in the guest bedroom en suite with a private balcony with a view to the Gulf, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is plenty of additional seating to enjoy the flat-screen TV or just relax! In addition, off the kitchen is a tucked-away desk and printer station (coming by 6/1/23) for those who just can't break from work or if you want to print area attractions and maps!
