We are flexible with dates and furnishings, so please message me. House overall: It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an updated kitchen, living room and bathroom skylights, and a large (2 car) garage. It has central AC and heating as well as a whole house fan, if needed for cooling off at night. All windows and skylights have blackout blinds or curtains (in case the Colorado sun is a bit too strong for you). It is baby proofed and great for very young kids (but all baby proofing on the stairs, cabinets, and doors can be removed or disengaged if not needed). It is in a quiet condo complex that includes multiple large grass areas, a tennis/pickleball court, and a pool area with a large pool (6.5ft to 4ft deep), hot tub, outdoor shower, table tennis (ping pong table), and indoor bathrooms with changing areas. Location: It is walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and shops, including a large grocery store. It is right next to multiple bike paths and the roads include bike lanes. There are five large playgrounds within walking distance (parkside park; east palo park; elks playground park, etc.). It is walking distance to multiple RTD bus stops for lots of different bus lines/directions (including the Bound down 30th Street to the 29th Street mall, University of Colorado Boulder campuses, and many other businesses including Google offices; the Bolt to downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street walking mall and to Longmont). Lots of local hiking options as well as close to Rocky Mountain National Park (about 50 min drive) and other state parks; several cross-country and downhill skiing options nearby; closest is Eldora Mountain Ski Resort (about 40 min drive or you can take the RTD bus). House Room Details: The top floor includes the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom is very large (17ft by 13.5ft) and includes a large closet (2ft by 12ft). It is furnished with a California King bed, 2 night stands, 2 large dressers, and office desk and chair. The master bathroom (11ft by 11ft) includes an oversized tub, shower, double sinks, and skylights for a great spa-like experience. The second floor includes the living/dining areas, kitchen, outdoor patio, second bathroom, and second bedroom. The living and dining area is an open layout that can be adjusted to your needs; it includes a wood-burning fireplace and three skylights. It is furnished with a loveseat, rocking chair, reclining chair, side table, and dining table, which has a leaf to extend it to sit 6 people. The kitchen has lots of cabinets for food storage and includes a wine cooler, refrigerator, dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, and microwave oven. The kitchen will be fully stocked with cookware and dishware. There is an area for coats and shoes by the front door and a large patio with a patio swing, table, and 3 burner propane grill. The second bathroom has a toilet, a tub shower combo, and cabinets for storage. The second bedroom is large (12.5ft by 12.5ft) and includes a walk-in closet (6ft by 6ft). It is furnished with a large dresser, armoire, small couch, and crib/toddler bed. The first (ground) floor includes the third bedroom, laundry room, a jacket closet, and direct access to the garage. The third bedroom is a very large area (12ft by 16ft) with a closet (9ft by 2ft); it can be a bedroom or a multipurpose den room. It will be furnished with a large couch (lovesac sectional that can be rearranged as needed), a TRX ceiling mount, and a crib/toddler bed. The laundry room has a utility sink, stacked washer and dryer, and clothes drying rack. The garage is a long, two car garage that includes a chest freezer, workbench and tools, storage cabinets, a hose, and outlets. Renter is responsible for heat & electricity and internet. Owner pays all other costs (e.g., snow removal, trash, water, etc.).
