We are flexible with dates and furnishings, so please message me. House overall: It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an updated kitchen, living room and bathroom skylights, and a large (2 car) garage. It has central AC and heating as well as a whole house fan, if needed for cooling off at night. All windows and skylights have blackout blinds or curtains (in case the Colorado sun is a bit too strong for you). It is baby proofed and great for very young kids (but all baby proofing on the stairs, cabinets, and doors can be removed or disengaged if not needed). It is in a quiet condo complex that includes multiple large grass areas, a tennis/pickleball court, and a pool area with a large pool (6.5ft to 4ft deep), hot tub, outdoor shower, table tennis (ping pong table), and indoor bathrooms with changing areas. Location: It is walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and shops, including a large grocery store. It is right next to multiple bike paths and the roads include bike lanes. There are five large playgrounds within walking distance (parkside park; east palo park; elks playground park, etc.).
