The studio is on the second floor of a 3 stories resort building. It has a balcony with a great view. It also has a brand new plank floor. It's away from parking lot and ground floor foot traffic noise. It's easy access by stairs and elevator. The studio has a queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. There is a full tub/shower bathroom with double sinks. A fully outfitted kitchen is provided. It also has a fireplace (Duraflame type of log only, one log at a time). A swimming pools, several hot tubs, a gym, a convention center, a restaurant, a game room, a family room, a barber shop, several laundry rooms, US postal service, a tennis court are available on site. All utilities are included in the rent, cable, internet, water, and electricity. No AC. Fan is provided for hot summer days. A screen door is installed for air circulation. $150 resort fee for first month only. One time $120 cleaning fee. Electricity, Internet, cable, water are provided without extra change. These service are basic level. If additional speed, channel is required, it's tenant responsibility to investigate the installation and charge. No smoking, no pet. Parking lot is at the back side of building
