We are looking for any-time during these months: January - February - March $7,500.00 for January & February months $7,000.00 for March With a fee of $150.00 cleaning-fee Security deposit is due one month prior to move-in. Cancellation is required 2 weeks prior to rental date, or the amount of $1,500.00 will be forfeited. No pets allowed; no smoking allowed. There is plenty of parking, but no car.
