This is a top floor (3rd), fully furnished two-bedroom, two bath condo plus small low-ceiling loft for additional sleeping space. Sleeps four to six. King bed in one room, single over double bunk beds in second bedroom. Ladder steps up to the low-ceiling loft where there is a double mattress. Gas stove in living room for extra heat, small deck with grill and stackable washer/dryer in unit. Separate dining area table seats six, plus three at the breakfast bar. This rental includes access to a clubhouse with large indoor year-round pool and outdoor hot-tub. Keystone's Key Condo is in a great location. You can walk to the Mountain House base area or take the bus to either base area. $3,900 / month includes heat, utilities, trash pickup, snow plowing, two parking spaces, and cable. First, last and security required at signing of lease. Good past rental references required. Last month rent is due at signing, in addition to security/damage deposit.
