2 properties, 328 Rheem and 340 Rheem. The sit side by side as neighbors behind 2 other complexes along the hill. The 328 building has a pool that is allowed to used by both buildings that we own (328 & 340). both buildings have their own laundry rooms and parking set up. 340 has assigned parking with 1 stall per unit where as 328 does not have "assigned parking and share the lot with the complex in front of it and is held to the same one space per unit. The units have heat but no A/c as the hill provides excellent shade during the hotter months and the pool provides a cool break from the heat as well.
