We have a studio with a view on the second floor in a Victorian Building located close to the 19th Street BART Station. The studio is for ONLY one person and pets are not allowed. The studio does NOT have its personal bathroom. The bathrooms and shower rooms are in the hallways and are cleaned daily. I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent. The studio has hardwood floors and has a kitchen area. There is a small fridge and stove. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. Studio is for only one person. Bathrooms are shared and are maintained daily. Rent includes gas, water and trash. Renter pays for electricity. No smoking allowed in apartment.
