Welcome to the Lions Loft! The loft offers an open floor plan with everything that will make your stay enjoyable in the great state of Alaska. The master contains a comfortable king mattress. The guest space offers a nice queen and kids cove for a hudeaway. This upstairs unit is in a quiet neighborhood. This is a upstairs unit in a duplex, you will have your own parking area in the driveway right infront of the building. The main entrance is shared with the downstairs unit, you will have your own door into the upstairs unit. Washer and dryer are situated in the garage. There is a shared hot tub in the back yard and a hangout area. Owner pays for all utilities including wifi. Owner also cover lawn mowing and plowing. Fully furnished unit. No smoking allowed. Quiet time at 10 pm. No parties. 3 month to 6 month lease. Tenant is responsible for any damaged property. No pets allowed.
