This apartment comes with vertical blinds, monthly pest control, trash removal, a reserved parking space, and we change out the air filter on a quarterly schedule; but we do provide air filters for you to change out the filter on a monthly schedule. The apartment has been pre-wired with the fastest internet fiber optic cable that our internet provider, AT&T did for us, which is perfect for gamers and anyone who has to work from home.
