A queen-sized master suite features a private balcony, private bathroom and tub/shower, huge walk-in closet, and mirrored vanity dressing area. A queen-sized guest bedroom has its own private balcony and walk-in closet. A cube-shaped Murphy bed is an elegant family room feature in the day, yet expands to a third queen-sized bed at night. A family room sectional couch also expands in size and would be a great night's sleep for an adult or kids. This, and more, await you at our Sherwin condo, located directly on the beach 3.3 miles (5.3 km) south of the Daytona Beach Main Street Pier and only 16 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona airport, putting you close to all the action and far enough away to retreat to the serenity of the sun and surf. Locally, explore the Jackie Robinson Ballpark, Museum of Arts and Sciences, Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, Sugar Mill Botanical Gardens, Daytona Bike Week and Biketoberfest, the Daytona Beach Bandshell, Southeast Museum of Photography, the Daytona Playhouse, Daytona Beach Golf Club, and LPGA International. There are thousands of dining and entertainment options for any age in the Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Ormond Beach areas. At only 1 hour 20 minutes to the Orlando airport and theme parks (Disney, Universal, and Sea World), 1 hour 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, life at the Sherwin is perfectly located to enjoy all Central Florida has to offer. Note: Hurricanes Ian and Nicole knocked down our seawall and consumed the sand up to our pool. Our pool is currently closed for repair. Only about a third of the pool deck is usable. We still have access to the beach. Repairs should be completed by May of 2024. Contact us about pricing for stays between 14 days and a month. Discount for multi-month stays. The fine print: Rental period: 2-week minimum; 6-month maximum (May through October, inclusive). Off-season rates are available. Florida's 12.5% occupancy tax is an additional fee. A $500 security deposit (refundable) and a $130 cleaning fee (non-refundable) are required. No pets. No smoking. The primary renter must be 25 or older (kids are welcome). Rent includes outdoor onsite parking (no trailers/RVs), water, electricity, garbage, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, basic cable, 4K smart TV, DVD player, use of the Sherwin condo's resort-styled common areas, and direct access to the World's Most Famous Beach. Please book 11 days before your rental starts as we must notify our building manager (or you pay +$100 per day for each day short of 10 days). Cancelation Policy: For rentals 2 months or less: 90 days or more before the start date will receive a 100% refund. For rentals 3 months or more: 120 days or more before the start date will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise: No refund.
