Upstairs unit in the Hidden Springs Condo Community. Condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Stackable washer & dryer and overlooking corner patio are included. Home will be unfurnished and available for rental on December 1st. Reserved parking for 1 car, and plenty of parking for a 2nd or for guests. Tenant will have access to 2 community pools and a tennis court on the premises. Applicants must submit to a background check by the owner (fee will be incurred). First month rent and security deposit to be paid prior to move-in. Tenant is responsible for Electricity, cable, and Internet. Water is currently offered by the Community, however in the event that water meters are installed, this would become the responsibility of the tenant. The unit includes the refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer. There is a dedicated parking spot for 1 car, and plenty of spots available for a 2nd car or guests. An overlooking patio and access to the 2 community swimming pools & tennis court are also provided. Smoking is not allowed. Tenant is responsible for any damages incurred due to wrongful or negligent acts at the time of occurrence.
