Steps from shopping and restaurants! Application fee is $50 per adult. You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. If you plan to rent it out, you don't need to apply. Tenants pay electricity and trash. Water/Sewer/Landscaping included in rent. Water and Sewer will be billed back to tenants at a later time. 2 pets maximum. One time $150 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee.
