This is a luxury 3 bedroom condo. It is on the top floor overlooking the pool. The Brass Rail complex is a gated community located on South Beach 100 yards from the ocean. There are two pool and a heated spa tub. There is 3 bedroom and two full baths plus a half bath. The open concept living room has hard wood floors and french doors that open onto a 450 L-Shaped covered balcony. There is a gas grill and dining area on the balcony. The dining area seats 9 people and the large kitchen in fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the covered balcony and an attached large master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has two double beds. The sublet is available till Mid Mar with a 3 month Minimum Stay Utilities, cable and WIFI included. Rate varies with length of lease. Available till Mid March. This is a vacation rental so monthly rates is season would be higher.
