Active Duty Service members qualify through the Marine Housing Office. Active duty military -- Rent is full BAH (charges will not go above the BAH at w/dependents rate) - includes utilities. Retirees, Veterans, and DoD Employees: To qualify, you will need to provide proof of income (must make 3.5x the monthly rent). Rental rates start at $2,099. In addition, to qualify you would be required to pass a credit check and have access to the base. If you need housing more than 60 days out, we will not be able to see your options, as our residents are only required to give us a 30-day notice to vacate. Once you are within a 60-day window of your move in date, please contact us to discuss pricing and options. There is a $25/per adult application fee as well as a minimum security deposit of one month's rent. 6- to 12-month leases with easy month-to-month options
