Large one-bedroom second-floor apartment. As you enter the unit, you are greeted by a spacious living room. The eat-in kitchen has tons of storage and a large picture window providing natural light. Off of the living room is a flex/bonus room which could be used for a second bedroom or an additional living room. Completing the main floor is a large full bathroom. The primary bedroom is located on the top floor. Coin-operated washers/dryers are available in the rear building. Off-street parking is available. *Lease Terms: -No pets. -No utilities included in the rent. Set monthly $40/person fee for water/sewer. All other utilities are to be placed into the tenant's name. -Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. -Required $25 monthly Resident Package (see below for more details). -One-time $75 move-in fee (see below for more details). *Applicant Qualifications: -Verifiable monthly income of at least 3X the rent. -Credit score of 650+ is preferred but we will consider credit scores of 600+. Credit scores of under 600 can be considered with a co-signer and/or with an increased security deposit. -Nothing in collections is preferred but will be considered depending on accounts and amounts. -No prior evictions. -No criminal record is preferred, but depending on the offense might be considered. -Not accepting Section 8 vouchers. -We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application) -The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. -Submitting an application does not render automatic approval. -Applications are reviewed in the order they were received following the FHA Guidelines Required Monthly Resident Package: $25 -On-time rent payments reported to the credit bureau -Access to the resident portal for online rent payments & online maintenance requests/tracking. -HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties) -Utility concierge service for making utility connections a breeze during your move-in.
