Utilities: Water, sewer, and trash removal are included. Residents are responsible for their own heat, gas, electric, cable, and internet. Parking: There is one parking stall included with each apartment home. Garage spots can be rented for $75/mo. Laundry: There are multiple coin-op laundry machines in each building and an additional coin machine available on-site. Pet policy: We allow up to 2 cats or 1 dog in designated apartments. Breed, age, and weight restrictions would apply. There is a $10/mo cat fee per cat and a $25/mo dog fee. Requirements: We conduct a criminal, rental history, and credit check for every prospective resident through a third party site. Co-signer policy: We may require co-signers, however, they are subject to the criteria laid out in our application qualifications.
