Recently completely remodeled duplex home near Texas A&M Commerce and City Park on a quiet street. Unit B is the back unit. Unit A is an elderly lady who is very quiet. There is a space for off street parking. There is also a separate laundry room with a spare space for your washer and dryer (you will need to bring your own) or you can pay the tenant in Unit A to use her washer and dryer. The recently installed new stove and refrigerator are included. Also, other recently installed items are: new heaters, new air conditioners, new ceiling fans and new blinds. Tenant pays for all utilities. An absolute requirement is for the rent to be paid on time every month (on the 1st) and the home is to be kept clean inside and outside. If those two items are done each month, tenant can stay as long as you'd like. There will be a credit report, employment and a background check done. References will need to be supplied listing previous landlords, if any. Applications will be sent via email and can be returned either by scanning or just taking a photo with your phone.
