New carpet laid in living room and bedroom in 2021. 8 outside steps to get into the apartment. No smoking in apartment at any time. No pets. Includes refrigerator, washer/dryer, stove. Tenant pays for electricity and gas heat. Will be charging extra for water/sewer/garbage if rates jump higher than normal bills. There will be an additional charge of $50/month for a second person for this space. This is on the smaller side so great for 1 person. Will be looking for someone with verified income of 2K/month or more. We also will be doing a credit check and asking for references. We will need one month deposit to hold the apartment and then 2 more months before moving in. So total of $2400 to move in. On street parking, usually able to get right in front of entrance.
