Cats are great and some dogs (Sorry, but no immature, dangerous, scary, or noisy dogs...) We would love to meet your dog! The apartments are really energy efficient too. The windows are double pane, and the attics are all insulated (and there's insulation under the building too). And we just finished a huge project to insulate all the outside walls and another to upgrade the electrical. Very Cozy. We add $35 to the advertised rent due to our water/sewer expense. 1 car parking in our lot included (unassigned, first come first serve), though parking is usually easy on the street and you can often park right near the back door of your apartment (depending on its location around the couryard).
