The patio shares a spiral staircase to access the lagoon below. You may get a glimpse of the next-door neighbor. She is really nice. You must climb one set of stairs to access the front door and then from there the condo is two level with the main entertainment area below and bedrooms above. There is a condo below and quiet times need to be respected. Rented on a monthly basis for a minimum of 30 days up to 6 months. ALL utilities and community amenities are included at no additional charge. Monthly (required) cleaning is also included in the price. Included: electricity, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, regime fee reserved parking for one vehicle, and community maintenance. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, vaping or drugs. Maximum 6 tenants.
