This is a fully furnished, air-conditioned apartment a short three-block walk from downtown St. Helena. The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and gas range. There is a living room with a large TV, sofa bed, coffee table, side chair, long side table/dresser, and a small dining area. The light-filled bedroom has a wall-mounted TV, king-size bed, a large dresser, a work area with desk and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower over tub. A washer and dryer are behind louvered doors opposite the bathroom. The apartment includes its own one-car garage with remote control opener and a large fully landscaped and very private rear yard with a gas BBQ and a table and umbrella and four chairs. Owner will pay for internet service, gas, electricity, water, trash removal and YouTube TV service during the tenancy. Use of kitchen equipment, linens and bath towels are included in the rental rate. Guest agrees to pay for any pay-per-view TV and any desired streaming apps other than YouTube TV. Services for which Guest is responsible will be billed monthly upon Owner's receipt of the pertinent bills or, if unpaid, deducted from the deposit after lease termination. Owner shall return the deposit less any deductions after the property has been inspected and cleaned and not later than thirty (30) days after receipt of all pertinent bills including any related to damage repair.
