The apartment was completely remodeled in 2022 including a totally new bathroom, new kitchen countertops, new kitchen sink, new lighting fixtures, new paint, and new flooring throughout. A refrigerator/freezer and oven are included that were purchased new in 2022. This apartment is on a private water well and septic. This apartment has a strict no-pet policy. There are laundry hookups available in the basement of the apartment and the tenant will need to provide their own washer and dryer. The lease term is one year and then month-to-month after that. Tenant is responsible for electric. Trash service is provided. The application fee for this property is $42.00. The application service is via Trans-Union, and will provide a report on your income, credit, criminal history, and eviction history. Should we move forward with a lease, I will refund your application fee. If we do not, you forfeit that fee.
