Some flexibility in dates. The studio is compact and perfect for the chill, minimalist solo person. It's about 200 square feet in a lovingly updated 1926-built bungalow. Natural light streams in through south and west facing windows. Original hardwood floors. Full-size/double bed (not a queen). The kitchenette is stocked with cookware for the minimalist chef - everything you need for an easy meal, but with all the amazing restaurants in town, who wants to cook?! :) The kitchenette has a hot-plate, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster oven, small fridge, pots & pans, and dishes. Bath towels, bed linens, & kitchen towels are provided. Washer & dryer in laundry room shared by one other tenant. There's no TV in the studio but we have excellent high-speed internet for your personal device streaming. SOUND: The studio shares two walls with another apartment. Just like urban living anywhere, you may hear the presence of neighbors going about their day. We ask all tenants to be mindful and considerate of noise levels and quiet hours. Parking is on the street and sometimes up to a block away. It's an old, historic neighborhood with narrow streets that large vehicles have a hard time turning around in. Best for small cars.
