Traveling for business or pleasure I have a beautiful luxurious 1 bedroom / 1 bath fully furnished apartment with everything you'll need bed, sofa, electric fireplace, television, dishes, and linen for your needs. It's located in a quiet private home. There are 3 apartments and this one is located on the 3rd floor. THIS IS A 3rd FLOOR WALK UP. This apartment has been TOTALLY renovated with new floors, granite counter tops and all new appliances. The rent is $1,600 a month with a $1,600 security deposit (your total 1st payment would be $3,200) if you choose the 1-6 month term. This apartment is stock with everything you need. All you have to bring is your clothes. I even have a nightly and weekly rate if you only need short term. This apt. is close to schools, hospitals, buses (to downtown Newark) and light rail. It's right next to I-280 (10 mins driving to NJPAC, Prudential Center and all restaurants). Laundromat is 3 blocks away (within walking distant). If you choose the monthly option. I would need 3 latest paystubs, social card and photo ID (driver license). This is a short term rental 1-6 months. I'll even rent it on a weekly basis for $500/$700 each week or daily $100 a day. If you do the short term monthly option it is $1,600 a month. You can pay $400 weekly / $800 bi-weekly or the entire $1,600 at the beginning of each month.
