This property is a basement apartment that shares the main house with a family of four. We have a small farm, so we are looking for someone interested in dogs, cats and horses. We would welcome pet and farm care as a rent trade, and in fact would expect some basic care of our shared home and property as part of our agreement. We are located on 9 beautiful acres with a gorgeous view of the foothills and an easy walk to a small lake behind the house. We're within one mile of the Fort Collins trail systems, and are close to town. We would prefer a renter with no animals of their own, but who loves pets (we have lots!). We look forward to meeting you! Utilities are included in the monthly rental price- you just need to cover internet of your own if you want something specific. Strictly no smoking and no partying at this location. Looking for a responsible partner to help us manage our small farm when we are traveling (which we will handle as a rent trade). We will consider a pet if they get along with our dogs, cats and children, but their integration must be genuinely super smooth. Parking is available as this is a large property, but please remember, we live in the country so it can be muddy or snowy at times! Looking for a 12 months tenant with options for extension.
