Its big enough for the family or bring your roommates (with approval). This could be an ideal place for an avid outdoors man. Or anyone who likes a quiet neighborhood. Nature Abounds in this area! We are situated in the heart of it all!! The house isn't fancy but the neighbors are nice, the fish like to bite and the Saloon is within walking distance! Small fenced in yard area, covered front porch with stairs and a ramp. There is a bonus back room with a small enclosed back porch ad-on to this mobile home too. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Month to month lease, first month rent and deposit due at lease signing. Rent includes water, sewer, trash and summer yard maintenance. We do allow Pets. Dogs welcome but NO CATS. Pets are a non refundable fee of $100 per pet. Due upon approval of the pet. Smoking of any kind is to be done OUTSIDE ONLY. Each Unit is allowed 2 vehicles. WE don't allow junk rigs or trailers etc.
