Lovely 2 bedroom Downtown Bozeman condo with deck! Stay in our furnished, well-stocked place for 30 days minimum, starting in March 9, 2024. When you enter the condo, the living room is straight ahead with a gas stove and amazing light filtering through new, large windows, and the kitchen is to your left, complete with a built-in microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and oven, new Bosch dishwasher and double sink. Past the kitchen is the laundry room with a new Electrolux washer and dryer and a half bath. Off the living room is a deck and a small grass yard with a grill. Upstairs, there are two, large bedrooms, and a full, newly remodeled bathroom. Enjoy a kitchen stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots and pans, coffee maker, and toaster. In the living room, the sleeper sofa pulls out with sheets available in the upstairs linen closet. We have a large dining table with comfortable chairs. Upstairs we have two, large bedrooms with dressers and desks and a newly remodeled bathroom. South Central Bozeman has a lot to offer. Walk east on Story to access Bogert Park and Pete's Hill. To get downtown for restaurants and bars galore, walk North on Tracy or Black. Convenient access to MSU, Farmer's Market, Bozeman Public Library. Bridger Bowl is a 20 minute drive and Big Sky is one hour away. We have kayaks and bikes for your use. The unit is entirely yours - I do not live on site. There are three other attached condos with friendly neighbors. There is ample street parking. We will pay all utilities (for leases under 9 months), saving you around $250-$300 per month. This furnished, centrally-located rental is available for 30 day and longer leases. Deposit required to reserve. No smoking inside. There is ample street parking.
