This unit will be ready for move in for November. This unit is near shopping, restaurants, parks plus convenient to highways. We allow cats on the property for an additional fee. Landlord pays for trash, resident is responsible for water, gas/electric. Landlord is responsible for snow removal and landscaping around the property as well as maintenance. We do not permit gas/charcoal grills on the property. We do a background/credit check on any adult applying to our units. You will need to make 3 times the rent (gross amount) to be approved on income.
